CLEVELAND 65, GHEC/T/ML 58

GRANADA – The Granada-Huntley East Chain/Truman/Martin Luther Jaguars (1-3) fell to Cleveland 65-58 in a Tomahawk-Valley Conference, Valley Division boys basketball game Thursday night.

The Jaguars led 32-28 at the half.

Leading the Jaguars was Carson Hastad with 19 points, while Eli Jensen scored 15 points and Jackson Madsen put up 10 points. Bryce Borkenhagen and Brody Grathwohl each added 6 points.

The Jaguars are at Nicollet on Friday night.

JACKSON COUNTY CENTRAL 76, BEA 60

Blue Earth – The Blue Earth Area Buccaneers fell to Jackson County Central 76-60 in a Big South Conference boys basketball game Thursday night.

Leading the Buccaneers was Will Bromeland with 26 points and six rebounds, while Gage Barker put up 13 points and four rebounds. Jacob Grandgenett had 7 points, three assists and seven rebounds on the night.

The Buccaneers will host St. James at 7 p.m. on Saturday.
