FAIRMONT — The DeWar Aust Roskop Fairmont Bantam ‘A’ hockey team produced four consecutive wins during weekend ice action.

Alexander Moeller generated a hat trick and one assist to help Fairmont double up Luverne, 6-3, Saturday at Martin County Arena.

Thomas Claeys netted two goals, Lincoln Becker tallied one goal, Kaiden Musser distributed two assists, while Alec Reutzel, Nate Rakness and Dominic Hegdal added solo helpers to the winning performance.

Carsen Musser made 34 saves between the pipes for DeWar Aust Roskop, which unleashed 43 shots on goal.

Becker collected two goals and Moeller delivered one goal and one assist to propel Fairmont to a 4-1 win over Worthington on Saturday at Martin County Arena.

Kaiden Musser supplied one goal, while Reutzel, Hartley Aust, Lucas Flohrs and Elijah Vlieger doled out assists. Carsen Musser turned away 36 shots, while the offense made 30 shots on goal.

Reutzel produced two goals to help engineer DeWar Aust Roskop’s 3-1 victory over Luverne on Sunday in Luverne.

Vlieger chipped in a goal, while Hegdal, Becker and Kaiden Musser each dished out assists in the win. Carsen Musser tallied 28 saves for an offense that smacked 39 shots on goal.

Goalie Carsen Musser made 13 saves for the shutout, while Reutzel netted a hat trick to pace Fairmont’s 6-0 triumph over Sioux Falls Orange on Sunday in Brandon, S.D.

Vlieger, Claeys and Jace Prindle added goals in the winning performance, Kaiden Musser distributed two assists, while Lincon Clarey, Moeller, Becker and Aust each passed out helpers.

DeWar Aust Roskop Bantam A’s play host to Waseca at 7:30 p.m. Friday night at Martin County Arena before facing Okoboji at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Fairmont.

10U Girls Hockey

The Car Parts Direct Fairmont 10U girls hockey team netted a pair of wins during weekend ice action.

Brooklyn Murphy, Carly Gustafson and Ava Clow each produced one goal and one assist to top Fairmont’s 4-3 decision over Marshall on Saturday in Marshall.

Madison Sokoloski added a goal for Car Parts Direct, which made 11 shots on goal. Goalie Jadyn Musser made 17 saves to net the win.

Netminder Lexi Sundeen turned away 10 shots to pace her shutout, while Sokoloski produced a hat trick to propel Fairmont to a 5-0 triumph over Mankato on Sunday at Martin County Arena.

Musser doled out two assists, Murphy and Lily Truesdell each scored a goal, while Frankie Martin chipped in one helper for Fairmont.

Car Parts Direct (10-3) travels to Albert Lea on Friday for a 5:45 p.m. game — the first of four in the three-day tournament.

Squirt ‘A’

The Beemer Companies Squirt ‘A’ hockey team lost an 11-6 decision to Worthington on Sunday in Worthington.

The Fairmont-based team was reclassified on Dec. 17, moving the team from the Squirt ‘B’ level to ‘A’ competition.

Klay Beemer amassed five goals for Fairmont, while Gavin Kester chipped in one goal.

Goalie Tanner Pankow made 31 saves for Beemer Companies, which had 42 shots on goal.

Beemer Companies (10-3) plays host to Albert Lea at 6 p.m. Friday night at Martin County Arena.
