BLUE EARTH — A funeral service for Maxine Lawrence, age 100, will be held 11 a.m. Monday, March 13, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Blue Earth. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery, Blue Earth. Lawrence passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2023, three days after her 100th birthday with her loving family surrounding her. Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, March 12, at Patton Funeral Home in Blue Earth, and one hour prior to the service Monday at the church. Lenort, 92, of East Chain, Minn., will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, March 11, at Holy Family Catholic Church in East Chain, with interment in the church cemetery. Lenort passed away Wednesday morning, March 8, 2023, in her home at Woodland Manor in Fairmont. Visitation will be prior to the service from 9:30-11 a.m. Saturday at the church in East Chain.
