Larson passed away Sunday afternoon, Nov. 21, 2021, at Mayo Clinic Health System-St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, Minn. Kramer Family Funeral Home in Sherburn is in charge of arrangements.

Erma Irene Hoffmeyer was born Dec. 19, 1943, at her family home in Sherburn, Minn., to Birney Hoffmeyer and Viola (Swenson) Hoffmeyer. 

Survivors include: her sons, Gary J. Larson of Morristown, Minn., Chad R. Larson of Brookville, Ohio; daughter, Jodi L. Schermerhorn of Elko, Minn.; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
