11:45 a.m. — An ordinance violation was reported at 38 Downtown Plaza. The civil issue was resolved.

3:22 p.m. — A suspicious circumstance was reported in the 700 block of Victoria Street.

3:23 p.m. — Police investigated a domestic complaint in the 900 block of Albion Avenue.

3:41 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 1500 block of Albion Avenue. The animal in question was transported.

4:42 p.m. — A suspicious circumstance was reported in the 200 block of North State Street. Assistance was rendered.
