11:57 a.m. — Police investigated a civil complaint in the 400 block of North Dewey Street. Assistance was rendered.

12:49 p.m. — Police investigated a civil complaint in the 1500 block of Falcon Drive.

1:13 p.m. — A suspicious circumstance was reported in the 50 block of Cottage Street.

3:27 p.m. — Police investigated a civil complaint in the 800 block of North Park Street. The civil issue was resolved.

5:45 p.m. — Police investigated a complaint of narcotics in the 300 block of Lake Avenue. An adult was arrested.

10:29 p.m. — A suspicious circumstance was reported in the 400 block of East 2nd Street.
