11:59 a.m. — Police investigated a civil complaint in the 500 block of East Blue Earth Avenue. The civil issue was resolved.

12:00 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 1200 block of North State Street.

12:06 p.m. — A disturbance/disorderly conduct/nuisance was reported in the 300 block of South State Street.

1:53 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 600 block of East 3rd Street. Police cleared the call.

4:33 p.m. — A suspicious person was reported at Albion Avenue and South Prairie Avenue. Unable to locate the person in question.

11:17 p.m. — Police investigated a narcotics complaint in the 700 block of North Elm Street. An adult was arrested.
