WELCOME — The Welcome City Council held a meeting on Tuesday evening and the Fox Lake Sports Complex in Welcome was discussed. Three representatives from the school board and the Fox Lake Sports Complex, Sam Meixell, Courtney Schult and Mark Wohlhuter were present.
