Welcome tables ball field purchase

WELCOME — The Welcome City Council on Tuesday tabled the discussion on the Fox Lake Sports Complex, which the Martin County West School Board is interested in buying back, because Monday’s school board meeting was postponed due to the snowstorm. It will instead be held on March 19 and the council representatives plan to attend that meeting. FAIRMONT – The Fairmont Chamber of Commerce Agri-Business Committee listened to Martin County Fair Board Member Lisa Stromberg on Tuesday night. Stromberg started by talking about the board itself.
