WELCOME — During the Welcome City Council meeting on Tuesday, the 307 Hulseman Street property was discussed. It has been vacant for two years and is in very bad shape. There is garbage between the house and garage, a tree that blew down and damaged the neighbor's property. The owners are a company in Mound, Minn. and taxes are considerable.
