FAIRMONT— Dustin Schwebke with the Fairmont Police Department has been arrested and is awaiting charges following an investigation by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA). Schwebke has been with the Fairmont Police Department since 2007. According to a press release, which came from the City of Fairmont Police Department on Friday, June 19, on the evening of May 30, 2026, Fairmont Police Department responded to a civil-custody issue involving Schwebke.
