Truman Public Schools will not have school on Monday.

Truman City Council will meet 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, at the Truman Municipal Building. The change of date is due to President’s Day.

St. Paul’s Ev Lutheran Church will have a 7 p.m. Ash Wednesday service with holy communion.

The month of February is School Board Recognition Month. This time is meant to recognize the contributions made by our school board members to our school district. They spend countless hours attending monthly meetings; listening to ideas from parents, staff, students and community members; learning about educational issues; and participating in training opportunities.
