FAIRMONT– Deb Foster defeated incumbent Randy Lubenow for the Fairmont City Council Ward 3 seat on Tuesday. Foster received 371 votes to Lubenow’s 343.

Jay Maynard won the Ward 1 seat with 615 votes, defeating Jon Davis, 533.

Lee Baarts took the title of Mayor with 2,303 votes to Charles Pearson’s 1,333 votes.
