Senior Citizens in the area are encouraged to join the Welcome Senior Citizen group noon Monday, for a potluck lunch and fellowship to follow. Note this is not the first Monday of the month, which is usually when they meet, but they will meet this Monday due to Labor Day being last Monday.

The Welcome Legion will meet 7 p.m. Monday at the Welcome Legion Hall. All members are urged to attend and any interested parties.

There will be a Blood Drive in Welcome 12-6 p.m. October 18, at

Due to recent vandalism the bathrooms at Hansen-Keck Park will be closed.

Circle of Faith parish members are reminded that there will be a Drive Thru Communion at Trinity Lutheran in Welcome and Waverly Lutheran north of Welcome 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sunday.
