Free COVID testing offered

TRUMAN — If you would like a free COVID-19 test, then go to the Fairmont National Guard Armory. The test is offered noon to 6 p.m. Jan. 14-16, Jan. 20-22, and Jan. 27-30. To help with safe social distancing, please make an appointment if possible. To register, go online to www.primarybio.com/r/fairmont.

Wednesday is recycling day. A reminder that all acceptable containers must be rinsed clean so other recycling material is not contaminated. Only plastics with the number 1, 2 & 5 are accepted.

Second Harvest Heartland/NAPS for eligible seniors 60 and up, will be held 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church, 102 7th Ave. East in Truman. Pre-register by calling 1-800-365-0270.
