Also convicted of fourth-degree assault-peace officer-throws/tranfer bodily fluids or feces at or onto officer; fined $160, sentenced to correctional facility 18 months, supply DNA sample. Received additional charges of predatory offender-knowingly commits act or fails to fulfill registration requirement (not applicable – GOC), and disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene, and terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk and fourth-degree assault-correction emp/prob officer, prosecutor, judge-intentionally transfers bodily fluids and disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; dismissed.

Trevor J. Coxworth, 53, of Blue Earth, received a stay of adjudication for disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $175, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, unsupervised probation six months, write letter of apology and submit to Public Defender, no assault or disorderly behavior. Received additional charge of fifth-degree assault-misdemeanor; dismissed.

Sabrina R. Thompson, 30, of Winnebago, was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 70 days for one year, credit for time served 20 days, supervised probation one year, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, complete Domestic Abuse Batterer’s Intervention Program, complete comprehensive assessment and follow all recommendations of most recent assessment, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing.
