Miguel J. Rivera, 37, of Fairmont was convicted of second-degree-possession of 25 grams or more cocaine or methamphetamine; fined $160, sentenced to correctional facility 95 months, supply DNA sample. Received additional charges of first-degree drugs-possess 50 grams or more-cocaine or methamphetamine and possess ammo/any firearm-conviction or adjudicated delinquent for crime of violence, fifth-degree possession of drugs in schedule I, II, III, IV-not a small amount of marijuana and fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle; dismissed.

Roland Ybarra, 41, of Rochester was convicted of fifth-degree possession of drugs in schedule I, II, III, IV-not a small amount of marijuana; fined $1,160, sentenced to correctional facility 24 months, give a DNA sample when directed. Also convicted of driver must carry proof of insurance when operating a motor vehicle; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days. Also convicted of vehicle-window restrictions-tint too dark; fined $0. Received additional charges of fifth-degree possession of drugs in schedule I, II, III, IV; acquitted.

Jordan A. Worth, 21, of Fairmont was convicted of financial transaction card fraud-use-no consent; fined $585, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 325 days for two years, credit for time served 9 days, supervised probation two years, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, obtain permission from Agent before leaving the State, pay restitution in the amount of $194.42, obtain and maintain employment to best of ability, cognitive skill training, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, complete comprehensive assessment, have no further violations of the law. Received additional charges of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent and tamper with motor vehicle/enter without owner permission; dismissed.
