Dustin A. Sweeney, 41, of Fairmont, was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $172.37, sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 30 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, pay restitution in the amount of $12.37, no same or similar.

Evan G. Welcome, 18, of Fairmont was convicted of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances; fined $964.19, sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 30 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, pay restitution in the amount of $964.19, write letter of apology to the victim(s), submit letter to court administration for the court to review prior to the letter being sent out, no same or similar.
