Jose L. Gonzalez Perez, 31, of Sioux Falls, S. Dak. was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Also convicted of operating a motor vehicle with no Minnesota driver’s license; fined $100.
Oscar R. Arellano, 49, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic assault; fined $100, sentenced to correctional facility for 30 months, supply DNA sample. Received additional charges of terroristic threats disregarding risk, and violating no-contact order; both dismissed.
Troy A. Craig, 54, of Fairmont was convicted of failing to stop for a stop sign; fined $135. Received an additional charge of window tint too dark; dismissed.
Emmanuel D. Akot, 24, of Sioux Falls, S. Dak. was convicted of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, complete comprehensive assessment, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, attend MADD Impact Panel, no same or similar. Received additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, operating a motor vehicle without a Minnesota driver’s license, and operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance; each dismissed.
Daniel P. Wedel, 40, of Fairmont was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, no same or similar, remain law-abiding, complete comprehensive assessment, attend MADD Impact Panel. Received additional charges of operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, and speeding; each dismissed.
Treshaun D. Salic-Grady, 17, of Fairmont received an adjudication for fifth degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm; supervised probation indeterminate, complete diagnostic assessment, complete a diagnostic mental health evaluation, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, no contact with victims, cognitive skill training, no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, no possession of any type of firearm or any device that looks similar to a firearm or BB guns or any dangerous weapons including knives or bats, electronic monitoring, cooperate with floating EHM, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment or residence or school plans, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons or citation, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, attend school regularly, no contact with person’s who are on supervised probation, do not demonstrate any type of verbal or physical threat or intimidation to any person, do not associate with any persons whom the court or supervising agent forbid, do not purchase or obtain or possession any firearm or dangerous weapon without expressed permission in writing by supervising agent, obey all state and federal laws, city ordinances, and be of good behavior. Received additional charges of simple robbery and disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; each dismissed.
