Tory L. Johnson, 28, of North Mankato was convicted of no Minnesota registration for a motor vehicle; fined $185. Also convicted of possessing an open package of cannabis in motor vehicle; fined $100. An additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Belarmino Chilel Escobar, 28, of Fairmont, was convicted for driving without a valid driver’s license for the motor vehicle’s class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of not transporting a child 4 years of age or older in a booster seat; fined $50.

Eric A. Lawrence, 34, of Blue Earth, was convicted of operating an unregistered vehicle without plates; fined $185. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60. An additional charge of failure to carry proof of insurance while operating vehicle was dismissed.
