Brandon L. Bassett, 36, of Buffalo Center, Iowa was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $285. Also convicted of failure to stop at stop lines or stop signs at entrance to thru highway; fined $50. Also convicted of vehicle registration/permit/plates required; fined $30.

Allen D. Boomgaarden, 56, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $315. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Kevin O. Coats, 27, of Fairmont was convicted on 2 separate charges of driving after revocation; fined $285 for the first charge and $200 for the second charge. Also convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of white light shown to the rear; fined $135.

Alexis J. Galvan Garcia, 27, of San Jose, Calif. was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.

Yoan Nava Rodriguez, 23, of Mason City, Iowa was convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185. Also convicted of speeding; fined $50.
