Martha K. Goraczkowski, 39, of Blue Earth received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $3,288.77, restitution $3,103.77, sentenced to jail 11 days, credit for time served 11 days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, pay restitution $50 minimum monthly payment, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations in a timely manner, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing per request of probation or law enforcement, complete a mental health diagnostic assessment and follow all recommendations, no contact with victim(s), have no direct or indirect contact with the Fairmont Walmart store, obtain and maintain employment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also convicted of contempt of court-willful disobedience to court mandate: fined $75, sentenced to jail 11 days, credit for time served 11 days. Additional charges of dog/cat at large-first offense, dog/cat not licensed-first offense, and dog/cat at large-second and subsequent offense, were all dismissed.
Ronald E. Osmundson, 58, of Delavan was convicted of second-degree driving while impaired-two or more aggravating factors; fined $865, sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 274 days for two years, staggered sentencing of three 30-day jail segments, qualifies for Huber if meets jail qualifications, if defendant complies with staggered sentencing then jail segment may be deferred, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations in a timely manner, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel and pay for cost, complete a diagnostic psychological evaluation/treatment, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional felony charge of first-degree driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours was dismissed.
Ernest B. Minton, 42, of Northrop was convicted of driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test-blood or urine as required by search warrant; fined $810, sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 364 days for two years, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.
Rachael J. Moench, 42, of Minneapolis had a charge of front and rear license plates required continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.
Cristian M. Artiga, 28, of Eau Claire, Wis. received a stay of adjudication on a charge of speeding; fined $125, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.
