Drayfahl III, 37, of Blue Earth was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $100, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 366 days, stayed for five years, sentenced to jail 22 days, credit for time served 22 days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, remain law-abiding, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Eckwright, 22, of Wells was convicted on a felony charge of third-degree controlled substance possession-10 grams or more of a narcotic drug other than heroin; fined $1,685, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 21 months, stayed for three years, sentenced to jail 25 days, credit for time served 25 days, three years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete your GED, complete diagnostic assessment, don’t leave Minnesota without written court approval, cognitive skill training, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. An additional felony charge of second-degree controlled substance sale-10 grams or more of a narcotic drug other than heroin, and a misdemeanor charge of possess/sale small amount of marijuana-no remuneration, were both dismissed.

Daniel P. Goering-Jaime, 32, of Delavan was convicted of domestic abuse-violate No Contact Order within 10 years or previous conviction; fined $485, sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 357 days for two years, credit for time served seven days, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, complete diagnostic assessment if recommended by probation, don’t leave Minnesota without written court approval, cognitive skill training if directed by probation, no assaultive or disorderly behaviors, abide by any no contact orders in place if any other file, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Juan Migel U. Perez, 18, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of speeding; fined $140.
