Evan J. Linder, 21, of Easton was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $410, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number.

Deluna, 65, of Bricelyn was convicted on two separate charges of unlicensed dogs-unlawful to harbor or permit dog to remain on premises that’s required to be licensed; fined $135 for the first offense and $50 for the second charge. Also convicted on two separate charges of running at large-prohibited; fined $50 for both counts.
Roberto Arevalo Lopez, 26, of Crystal was convicted of expired proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $135. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $50.
Jessica L. Hinton, 36, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of non-emergency stop on freeway; fined $40.
Keylow L. Harper, 38, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of driver who’s not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required; fined $200.
