Jasenia E. Ocasio, 31, of North Andover, Mass.; fined $385.

Seat belt required-driver and passengers must use — Dee M. Schultz, 51, of Le Mars, Iowa; fined $110.

Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Eann M. Harvey, 19, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Oscar Rodriguez Arellano, 47, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $100, one year supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, restitution reserved for 30 days, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Jesus M. Navarro, 28, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $285. Additional charge of cruelty to animals-overwork/mistreat was dismissed.

Sara L. Bard, 74, of Spirit Lake, Iowa had a charge of driving wrong way on one-way street continued for dismissal; three months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Fito A. Lopez Perez, 43, of St. Paul was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100. Also convicted of seat belt required-driver and passengers must use; fined $25.

Cordell Lamont W. Stepaniak, 23, of St. Cloud was convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $285. Additional charge of speeding in special zone set by Commissioner was dismissed.

Candis K. Justice, 54, of Sherburn was convicted of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $485, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year unsupervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, cooperate with any post sentencing assessments as needed by DOC, pay for and complete comprehensive assessment within 45 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, domestic abuse evaluation and follow all recommendations, no assaultive or disorderly and threatening behaviors, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional felony charge of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon was dismissed.

Aurelia Skipwith, 42, of Spearfish, S.D. received a stay of adjudication on a charge of speeding; fined $220, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
