Guilmar G. Rodas-Galvez, 37, of Lake Worth, Fla. was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of child passenger restraint system improperly worn or used;fined $50. Also convicted of child passenger restraint system not equipped and installed; fined $50.

Kyle M. Cady, 37, of Kasson was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $145.
