Candy A. Ortiz, 42, of Estherville, Iowa was convicted of issue dishonored check-offense; fined $210.66, restitution $210.66, sentenced to jail 40 days, credit for time served 40 days, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution.

Gregory G. Wallace, 33, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of harassment-violate restraining order; fined $75, sentenced to jail 51 days, credit for time served 51 days, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no contact with victim(s), remain law-abiding, no same or similar.
