Douglas L. Boomgaarden, 37, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no contact with victim(s), no same or similar.

Hannah K. Sleight Hylemon, 24, of Ceylon was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution if filed within 30 days, restitution reserved, excluded from WalMart, no same or similar.

Steven A. Tudor, 74, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Kellen A. Andersen, 37, of Welcome was convicted of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 60 days for one year, credit for time served five days, consecutive to other case, may serve as home detention/electronic monitoring, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete comprehensive assessment, complete diagnostic assessment, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of domestic abuse-violate Order for Protection was dismissed.

Lance C. Larson, 39, of Lake Crystal received a stay of adjudication on a charge of school bus violation-fail to stop; fined $300, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Thomas J. Anderson, 42, of St. James received a stay of adjudication on a charge of over legal tandem axle weight; fined $485, six months unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar.
