Lars I. Fadness, 21, of Truman received a stay of adjudication on a charge of purchase/sell/barter/furnish/give alcohol to persons under the age of 21; fined $235, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete comprehensive assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.

Lucio Juarez Lopez, 24, of Fairmont was convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185. Also convicted of child passenger restraint system not fastened for child under 57 inches tall and under the age of 8; fined $50.

Jillian A. Buenger, 19, of Sun Prairie, Wis. had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $125, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.
