John H. Additional charge of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours was dismissed.

Sa Lay Htoo, 30, of Roseville was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of child passenger restraint system-improperly worn or used; fined $50.

Brekka M. Loveng, 31, of Trimont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $310, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 363 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, pay restitution, remain law-abiding.
