Arron J. Boje Hecker, 40, of Welcome was convicted on a felony charge of predatory offender-knowingly commits act or fails to fulfill registration requirement; fined $660, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 366 days, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 156 days, credit for time served 156 days, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer officer as directed, restitution reserved for 30 days, attend and successfully complete cognitive skills programming if deemed appropriate by agent, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications including but not exclusive to non-alcohol beer and wine and energy drinks containing alcohol, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications including but not exclusive to non-alcohol beer and wine and energy drinks containing alcohol, random testing both urine/breath testing at the request of probation agent or law enforcement, complete diagnostic assessment and abide by recommendations which may include the services of a mental health case worker, if employed as a trucker must keep agent informed of all routes and planned trips out of state if allowed obtaining appropriate documentation per DOC policy, follow all predatory offender registration requirements, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote or vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional felony charge of theft-take/drive motor vehicle without owner consent was dismissed.

John H. Johnson Jr., 61, of Evergreen, Ala. was convicted on a felony charge of first-degree criminal sexual conduct-penetration with victim 13-15 position of authority; fined $677, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 100 months, give a DNA sample when directed, predatory offenser registration required. Additional felony charges of first-degree criminal sex conduct-significant relationship-victim under 16 years, first-degree criminal sexual conduct-penetration or contact with person under 13 significant relationship-victim under 16 years, second-degree criminal sex conduct-victim under 13 and actor 36 or older, third-degree criminal sex conduct-significant relationship-victim under 16 years, third-degree criminal sex conduct-significant relationship-victim 16-17 multiple acts, and third-degree criminal sex conduct-significant relationship-victim 16-17, and a misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure-willfully and lewdly in a public place, were all dismissed.

Kayla L. Lundgren, 32, of Maplewood was convicted of check forgery-make or alter a check; fined $312.67, restitution $312.67, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, consecutive with other case, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, pay restitution from both case files, contact probation within 24 hours of being released from custody, cognitive skill training if recommended by probation agent, complete comprehensive assessment if recommended by probation agent, complete diagnostic assessment if recommended by probation agent, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. An additional felony charge of check forgery-make or alter check, and two misdemeanor charges of identity theft-transfer/possess/use identity of other person, were all dismissed.
