Jacob F. Shope, 59, of Blue Earth was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; fined $947, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 358 days for two years, credit for time served seven days, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, follow all recommendations of the chemical dependency assessment completed 6/6/22, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. An additional felony charge of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle, and a misdemeanor charge of collision with an unattended vehicle-fail to notify victim or police, were both dismissed.

Nathaniel S. Oulman, 28, of Blue Earth was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $125.
Mamie Weagbah, 29, of Sioux City, Iowa was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.
