No Minnesota drivers license (after 60 days residency/30 days CDL) — Walter D. Romero Guerra, 34, of Fairmont; fined $185.
Driving after revocation — Terry E. Runge, 52, of Welcome; fined $285.
Erica M. Holgate, 31, of Winnebago, was convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
Jeremy J. Hansen, 41, of Mankato was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $75, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days. Additional felony charges of threats of violence, and domestic assault, were both dismissed.
Atlas Anafaso Oto, 33, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 83 days for one year, credit for time served seven days, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death was dismissed.
Yasmine Omazic, 35, of Spokane, Wash. received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of second-degree controlled substance possession-25 grams or more; fined $2,085, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, three years supervised probation, community work service 100 hours for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, remain law-abiding, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, contact Fairmont Felony Office to schedule appointment to complete DNA requirement if ICOTS receiving state (Washington) will not assist in this requirement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional felony charge of first-degree controlled substance sales-25 kilograms or more was dismissed.
