License plate covers clear or colored — Trevor E. Carlson, 44, of Brunswick, Ohio; fined $115.

Unlawful passing-when lane is not clearly visible — Angela M. Salic, 46, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Driving after suspension — Rudy Mata, 23, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Angela D. Saulter, 50, of Granada had a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana continued for dismissal; fined $75, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar. Also had a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited continued for dismissal; fined $75, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Timothy D. Jordan, 42, of Imogene was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, obtain valid drivers license, no same or similar. Also convicted on a separate charge of driving after suspension; fined $200, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, obtain valid drivers license, no same or similar. Two additional charges of driving after suspension, and a charge of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on streets or highways, were all dismissed.

Ramie Jo Rademaker, 49, of Elmore received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of aiding an offender to avoid arrest; fined $100, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, three years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, pay restitution if filed by County Attorney’s office within 60 days, must testify at the trials of any and all co-defendants, no direct or indirect contact with victim(s) unless approved by the Court, complete diagnostic assessment within 90 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, cognitive skill training such as Thinking for a Change as directed by supervising agent, maintain full-time employment, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional felony charge of aid and abet second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon was dismissed.

Jose L. Arellano Nava, 22, of Beachpark, Ill. was convicted of speeding; fined $385. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100. Also convicted of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on streets or highways; fined $100.
