Child passenger restraint system not fastened for child under the age of 8 and under 57 inches — Miguel A. Leiva Juarez, 22, of Sioux Falls, S.D.; fined $135.

Tires extending beyond fenders — Devon L. Mathison, 20, of Amboy; fined $135.

Disorderly conduct — Scott W. Schimel, 50, of Winnebago; fined $185.

No Minnesota drivers license — Gerald W. Gunhammer, 53, of Winnebago; fined $185.

Vickie L. Jaeger, 68, of Minnesota Lake was convicted of driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test-breath or test refusal or failure; fined $940, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 363 days for two years, credit for time served two days, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, restitution shall remain open for 30 days, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.

Eric D. Wilson, 40, of Mankato had a felony charge of predatory offender-knowingly commits act or fails to fulfill registration requirement continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, remain compliant with registration process.

Shawn R. Jensen, 46, of Wells was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year unsupervised probation, no assault or disorderly conduct, no same or similar.

Jerry Phutseevong, 31, of Rochester, Minn. was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
