Gilberto Amaro Jr., 22, of Blue Earth was convicted on a felony charge of third-degree controlled substance possession-in school/park/public housing zone; fined $585, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 46 months, restitution reserved for 60 days, give a DNA sample when directed. Additional felony charge of identity theft-transfers/possesses/uses identity of other person, and a misdemeanor charge of possess ammo or any firearm-prior and no
subsequent convictions, were both dismissed.
Gildardo Gonzalez Jr., 31, of Blue Earth was convicted on a felony charge of possess ammo or any firearm-conviction or adjudicated delinquent for crime of violence; fined $660, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 60 months, give a DNA sample when directed. Additional felony charges of identity theft-transfers/possesses/uses identity of other person, and third-degree controlled substance possession-10 grams or more, and a misdemeanor charge of dangerous weapons-metal knuckles or switch blade, were all dismissed.
Erica M. Holgate, 31, of Winnebago was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year unsupervised probation, no assault or disorderly conduct, no same or similar. Additional charges of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene, and obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer, were both dismissed.
Darrel L. Jackson, 28, of Winnebago was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, no assault or disorderly conduct, no same or similar. Additional charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene was dismissed.

Lorrie J. Davis, 65, of Delavan was convicted of speeding; fined $285. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.
Keith A. Fuerstenberg, 36, of Belton, Mo. was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $710, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar. Additional charges of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and driving after suspension, were both dismissed.
