Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Travis D. Risk, 46, of Granada; fined $110.
Non-emergency stop on freeway — Michael S. Torres, 46, of Mankato; fined $125.
Suspended object — Zoe L. Gorton, 19, of Albert Lea; fined $125.
Driving after revocation — Dylan R. Breeggemann, 30, of Amboy; fined $285.
Beth M. Hagmann, 65, of Leland, Iowa was convicted of failure to drive with due care; fined $125, restitution to remain open for 60 days. Additional charge of driving after revocation was dismissed.
Matthew A. Hall, 49, of Mankato was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.
Kenneth B. Nelson, 44, of Tracy was convicted of brake lights (minimum of two); fined $125. Additional charges of no proof of motor vehicle insurance, and hands free law-engage in cellular phone or video call, were both dismissed.
Jeffrey L. Bohn, 56, of Wells received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, six months supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete psychological evaluation/treatment and follow all recommendations, no assault or disorderly conduct, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.
Tamyia L. Profit, 33, of Miami, Fla. was convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $285. Additional charge of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type was dismissed.

Display cancelled, stolen or revoked plates — Brett A. Smitherman, 38, of Fairmont; fined $385.
Maurice L. Shoen, 72, of Truman received a stay of adjudication on a charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; five year unsupervised probation, pay restitution, should not engage or run a business where responsible for payroll, no same or similar.
