Pedestrians/nonmotorized bikes/motorized bikes prohibited on highway — Michael Alvin E. Krengel, 36, of Owatonna; fined $125.

Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Freddie Vazquez Rivera, 33, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Cordova S. Granados, 39, of Sioux Falls, S.D.; fined $185.

Possession of over 1.4 grams of marijuana in motor vehicle — Layne G. Jagodzinske, 20, of Welcome; fined $235.

Timothy M. Stedman, 34, of Fairmont was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited; fined $135. Also convicted of possess/sale small amount of marijuana-no remuneration; fined $50.

Louis J. Hinton, 58, of Truman was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Benjamin C. Lamar, 25, of Apple Valley had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $200, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.
