Kenneth B. Nelson, 44, of Tracy was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, one year Domestic No Contact (DANCO), follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.

Travis Jo Olson, 33, of Wells was convicted of second-degree driving while impaired-two or more aggravating factors; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 275 days for two years, credit for time served two days, can serve remaining jail on EHM with alco-sensor at defendant’s expense, one year supervised probation, sentence to service eight hours for 90 days, contact probation officer as directed, follow all recommendations of chemical dependency assessment and if treatment isn’t recommended then must complete the six-session Drive with Care program, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charges of driving after revocation and open bottle law-possession, were both dismissed.

Kirstin L. Kitchel, 26, of Elmore was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $145.

Todd A. Kleine, 56, of Fairmont was convicted of pharmacy-unlawfully possess/sell/give/barter/exchange/distribute legend drugs; fined $75, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served 12 days, concurrent with other case.

Roger L. Paz Pacheco, 31, of Wells was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.
