John M. Genrich, 24, of Lu Verne, Iowa; Amardariya Otgontsagaan, 51, of Arlington Heights, Ill.; each fined $225.

Expired registration — Patrick J. Nickleson, 59, of Cottage Grove; fined $115.

George D. McIntosh Jr., 34, of Rochester, Minn. was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $485, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 38 days for one year, credit for time served 52 days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, attend MADD impact panel, complete chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, complete mental health evaluation and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional felony charge of receiving stolen property was dismissed.

Antoine Keshawn B. Smith, 24, of Rochester, Minn. had a charge of domestic abuse-violate No Contact Order continued for dismissal; fined $175, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no violations of an Order for Protection, no violations of an active civil or criminal No Contact Order, no same or similar.

Tyler A. Murphy, 21, of Albert Lea was convicted of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, abstain from illegal drugs, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charge of fourth-degree driving while impaired was dismissed.

Adam J. Churchill, 37, of Wells was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $292, restitution $32.

Sharon Aitaro, 31, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of child passenger restraint system not equipped and installed; fined $50.
