Ginny Douangmychit, 33, of Austin, Minn., was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of child passenger restraint system not fastened for child under the age of 8 and under 57 inches; fined $50.

Jesus Garcia Tinoco, 39, of Winnebago was convicted of no Minnesota drivers license (after 60 days residency/30 days CDL); fined $185. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.

Erick J. Rosales Garcia, 20, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after cancellation; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.

Ahmed N. Al Rubaye, 24, of Glendale, Ariz. was convicted of driver refuses to submit to vehicle weighing-nearest available scales; fined $385. Additional charge of CMV-previous 7 days of duty status (log book) not available for inspection was dismissed.

Cohlby L. Hernandez, 19, of Lakeville was convicted of speeding; fined $385. Also convicted of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway; fined $100.
