Driving after suspension — Eduardo U. Gomez Andrade, 29, of Rosharon, Texas; each fined $285.

Amber G. Carroll, 40, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of aiding an offender to avoid arrest-harbor or conceal; fined $935, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 366 days, stayed three years, sentenced to jail 29 days, credit for time served 29 days, three years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, successfully complete the recommended aftercare sessions with the Fountain Center, enter and successfully complete the Drug Court program following all recommendations for care and aftercare, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, maintain full-time employment to the best of your ability, no direct or indirect contact contact with victim(s), pay restitution if filed within 60 days, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, cognitive skill training as directed by agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional felony charges of first-degree aid and abet attempted aggravated robbery, and third-degree assault-aid and abet-substantial bodily harm, were both dismissed.

Kado L. Mcdonough, 18, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver who’s not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required; fined $200.

Tanya Aguilar, 20, of Milwaukee, Wis. was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of child passenger restraint system not equipped and installed; fined $50.

Julian S. Wagner, 21, of St. Paul was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams; fined $50.
