Scott C. Greenwood, 43, of Welcome was convicted of driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test-breath or test refusal or failure; fined $610, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 362 days for two years, credit for time served three days, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no same or similar, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited. Additional charge of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.
