Dillon J. Feltman, 29, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of third-degree criminal sex conduct-victim helpless or mentally impaired; fined $1,085, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 48 months, stayed 15 years, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served two days, work release is granted if eligible, 15 years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, cooperate with and successfully complete outpatient sex offender treatment as arranged by agent, submit to polygraph examinations as directed, no direct or indirect contact with victim or family, no use or possession of pornography or sexually explicit material, don’t use any phone sex lines, dating services, social networks or enter any strip clubs or adult book stores or any other business where the primary source of business is adult entertainment, comply with predatory offender registration including photographing, fingerprinting and DNA, no unsupervised contact with vulnerable adults and if so must be pre-approved by probation and treatment, no unsupervised contact with persons under the age of 18 and must be pre-approved by probation and treatment, complete and follow all recommendations of a psycho-sexual assessment as directed by agent, comply with electronic monitoring as directed by agent, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional felony charge of third-degree criminal sex conduct-victim helpless or mentally impaired was dismissed.
Jeffrey L. Thomas, 61, of Fairmont was convicted of trespass-occupy or enter locked dwelling or posted building; fined $460, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, restitution reserved if filed within 30 days, don’t return to residence where damage to the property occurred, no same or similar. Also convicted of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damages-other circumstances; fined $460, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, restitution reserved if filed within 30 days, don’t return to residence where damage to the property occurred, no same or similar. One additional felony charge of possession of burglary or theft tools, and a misdemeanor charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent, were both dismissed.
Juan Pablo, 28, of Fairmont was convicted of uninsured vehicle-driver violation; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $50.
