Alicia R. Thompson, 37, of Tripoli, Iowa was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,185, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 366 days, stayed three years, three years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, participate and fully cooperate in the Interstate Transfer process including meeting with a MN agent for signature and other processing, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of the evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, cognitive skill training as directed by agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Also convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, participate and fully cooperate in the Interstate Transfer process including meeting with a MN agent for signature and other processing, attend MADD impact panel, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of the evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, cognitive skill training as directed by agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Darren A. Dollen, 28, of Fairmont received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $785, sentenced to jail 180 days, credit for time served 88 days, work release is granted, jail sentence is concurrent with other case, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, probation to be discharged upon completion of jail sentence and payment of fine/restitution, no direct or indirect contact with victim(s), pay restitution, no same or similar, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, maintain a valid MN medical marijuana card, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.
