Ryan R. Menssen, 48, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of fourth-degree controlled substance possession-schedule 1/2/3 except marijuana with intent to sell; fined $100, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 21 months, concurrent with other case, give a DNA sample as directed. Three additional felony charges of third-degree controlled substance possession-10 grams or more of other than heroin, third-degree controlled substance possession-in school, park or public housing zone, fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and misdemeanor charges of driving after revocation, no insurance-owner violation, license not displayed horizontally, and possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited, were all dismissed.

Richard R. Rochefort, 62, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; sentenced to jail 10 days, credit for time served 10 days.

Ryan D. Harris, 28, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of open bottle in motor vehicle (consume); fined $100.
