Speeding — Tom L. Cavanaugh, 73, of Sioux Rapids, Iowa; Greta M. Wintersteen, 27, of La Crosse, Wis.; each fined $125.

Juan L. Kelley, 29, of Georgia; fined $145.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Kelly A. Shields, 29, of Winnebago; Lexi M. Snow, 37, of Swea City, Iowa; each fined $110.

Bumper height 25 inches (truck) — Nathan R. Moorman, 35, of Janesville; fined $135.

Driving after revocation — Todd E. Radke, 57, of Albert Lea; fined $285.

Ligrecia S. Hamer, 29, of Brooklyn Center was convicted on two separate charges of driving after suspension; fined $285 for each charge. Also convicted of uninsured vehicle-driver violation; fined $200.

Major Bell, 66, of Winnebago was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200. Also convicted of littering on highway; fined $185.

Jarod R. Hummer, 30, of Winnebago received a stay of adjudication on charge of trespass-occupy or enter locked dwelling or posted building; fined $100, six months unsupervised probation, continue to comply with mental health counseling under supervision of Martin County, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law, no same or similar. Additional charge of harassment-causes or reasonably expect to cause substantial distress to other person was dismissed.

Tammy Jo Adams, 47, of Elmore was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $615, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, no same or similar, complete chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor was dismissed.
