Jeremy G. Sailor, 45, of Vernon Center; fined $145.

Fail to change address or name within 30 days — Ashley N. Gilb, 28, of Fairmont; fined $105.

Failure to drive with due care — Jacob R. Sanden, 31, of Fairmont; fined $125.

Vehicle load not secured properly-leaking, dropping or blowing on road — David A. Hill, 64, of Welcome; fined $145.

Unlawful deposit of garbage, litter or like — Steven E. Diekmann, 51, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Tanya M. Williams, 40, of Trimont received an amended court decision on a charge of driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test-breath or test refusal or failure; probationary Domestic No Contact (DANCO). Also convicted of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer; fined $285, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days. An additional felony charge of violate No Contact Order within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions, and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene, were both dismissed.

Carter J. Bertram, 20, of Humboldt, S.D. was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of vehicle window restrictions-windshield tinted or glazed; fined $50.

Elias M. De Jesus, 23, of Sherburn was convicted of driving without a valid license endorsement for vehicle driven; fined $185, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days.

Michael D. Marsh, 53, of Jackson was convicted of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer; fined $260, sentenced to jail 10 days, credit for time served three days. Additional felony charges of fifth-degree assault-two or more precious convictions in three years, and domestic assault, were both dismissed.

Marco A. Zavala, 38, of Blue Earth had a felony charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk continued for dismissal; fined $1,160, one year probation to the court, no same or similar. Also had a felony charge of deprive another-custody/parental rights to conceal a minor continued for dismissal; one year probation to the court, no same or similar. Also had a charge of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer continued for dismissal; one year probation to the court, no same or similar. Also had a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene continued for dismissal; one year probation to the court, no same or similar.

Rebecca F. Bump, 47, of Mapleton was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of hands free law-engage in cellular phone or video call; fined $135.

Lorrie A. Harpestad, 50, of Wells was convicted of expired registration; fined $115. Also convicted of front and rear license plates required; fined $30.

Carnelle D. Henderson, 30, of Wells was convicted driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200.
