Speeding — Desta B. Zegeye, 21, of Columbus, Ohio; fined $125.

Matthew M. Geist, 33, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of second-degree criminal sex conduct-significant relationship-under 16; fined $1,085, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 94 months, give a DNA sample when directed. Additional felony charges of first-degree criminal sex conduct-penetration-victim 13-15-position of authority, first-degree criminal sex conduct-significant relationship-under 16, first-degree criminal sex conduct-significant relationship-under 16-multiple acts over time, second-degree criminal sex conduct-significant relationship-under 16, second-degree criminal sex conduct-penetration-victim 13-15-position of authority, and a misdemeanor charge of interrupt/interfere/impede/disrupt emergency 911 call, were all dismissed.

Tyler J. Hartwig, 32, of Fairmont was convicted of dangerous weapons-recklessly handle or use; fined $310, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 85 days for one year, credit for time served five days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, continue in individual therapy at Eunoia Family Resource Center and follow all recommendations, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, remain medically compliant taking all medications as prescribed and provide verification to supervising agent as necessary, no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons during time of probation, remain law-abiding, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives during the term of probation. Additional felony charge of dangerous weapons-recklessly discharge of firearm within a municipality was dismissed.

Kari L. Yoder, 49, of Fairmont received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $575, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 359 days for two years, credit for time served six days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives is prohibited by law. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited was dismissed.

Jesse D. Lane, 43, of Granada was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $385, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years unsupervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, obtain a valid drivers license, no same or similar. Additional charges of motor vehicle registration required, and failure to display license plate for motorcycle, were both dismissed.

Pamela K. Braunshausen, 60, of Easton had a charge of collision with unattended vehicle-fail to notify victim or police continued for dismissal; fined $50, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution if filed within 30 days, no same or similar.

Louis J. Hinton, 57, of Truman had a charge of issue dishonored check-offense continued for dismissal; fined $800.50, restitution $800.50, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution within six months.

James M. Lavalle, 44, of Ellsworth, Wis. was convicted of speeding; fined $200. Also convicted of expiration of drivers license-temporary lawful status; fined $185.
