Christina R. Lewis, 42, of Alpha was convicted of collision with unattended vehicle-fail to notify victim or police; fined $285, sentenced to jail 10 days, stayed 10 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution, restitution reserved, no same or similar. Also convicted of Wireless communications device-access video content/images/games/software applications; fined $50. Additional charge of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on streets or highways was dismissed.
Scott M. Tyner, 27, of Fairmont was convicted of front and rear license plates required; fined $115. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $50.
Barak L. Hanson, 28, of Welcome was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, attend MADD impact panel, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, no same or similar, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, possess over 1.4 grams of marijuana in motor vehicle, and speeding, were all dismissed.
